Our beginnings
Founded by Neil Webber, Managing Partner, the company prides itself on meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations every time. Neil is a highly motivated recruitment professional with thirty years’ experience in our core sectors, and has maintained a hands-on approach and a ‘can do’ attitude with respect to delivering every search mandated. He understands the issues our clients face when recruiting, and has built an outstanding and diverse team at Loxwood Moore.
Loxwood Moore has been built on a solid foundation which consists of an unrivalled understanding of the sectors in which it operates, as well as outstanding connectivity. We deliver robust executive search processes through a personal approach and our Consultants possess a keen eye for detail. By partnering with Loxwood Moore, our clients receive a consultative and results driven service in a timely and cost-effective manner every time. Neil believes in ‘we only win when we all win’, meaning that we focus on the long game and place integrity above all else.
What we do
Sourcing from local and international talent pools, Loxwood Moore is best known for executing executive search mandates both in the UK and internationally. We don’t believe that ‘one size fits all’ and therefore our highly consultative approach results in a personal and bespoke delivery model. We like to see ourselves as forward thinking, with our feet firmly placed on the ground, and our candidate screening process is extremely thorough. Loxwood Moore operates an efficient model resulting in our fees being typically lower than our contemporaries, and due to our size we do not have their ‘off limits’ issues or internal debates on client ownership.
