Our beginnings
Founded by Neil Webber, Managing Partner, the company prides itself on meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations every time. Neil is a highly motivated recruitment professional with thirty years’ experience in our core sectors, and has maintained a hands-on approach and a ‘can do’ attitude with respect to delivering every search mandated. He understands the issues our clients face when recruiting, and has built an outstanding and diverse team at Loxwood Moore.

We deliver robust executive search processes through a personal approach and our Consultants possess a keen eye for detail. Drawing on both local and international talent pools, Loxwood Moore is recognised for delivering executive search mandates across the UK and internationally in equal measure.
We do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Instead, our highly consultative way of working enables a personal, bespoke delivery model. We are forward-thinking while remaining grounded and pragmatic, and our candidate screening process is exceptionally thorough.
Loxwood Moore operates an efficient model, which means our fees are typically lower than those of comparable firms. Our size also allows us to avoid many of the ‘off limits’ restrictions and internal client-ownership debates often associated with larger organisations.
We work across both the private and public sectors, partnering with governmental bodies, asset owners, consultancies, contractors, operators and manufacturers. In the public sector, we are an approved supplier of executive search services to Crown Commercial Service (now called GCA), and hold Cyber Secure Accreditation.
