Sourcing from local and international talent pools, Loxwood Moore is best known for executing executive search mandates in the UK and internationally. We don’t believe that ‘one size fits all’ and therefore our highly consultative approach results in a personal and bespoke delivery model. Loxwood Moore operates an efficient model resulting in our fees being typically lower than our contemporaries, and we do not have their ‘off limits’ issues or internal debates on client ownership.

How we started

Founded by Neil Webber, Managing Partner, the company prides itself on meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations every time.  Loxwood Moore has been built on a solid foundation which consists of an outstanding understanding of the sectors in which it operates as well as unrivalled connectivity.  We deliver robust executive search processes through a personal approach and our consultants possess a keen eye for detail. By partnering with Loxwood Moore, our clients receive a consultative and results driven service in a timely and cost effective manner every time.

Coronavirus Update   

Following the recent developments of COVID-19, we would like to assure clients and candidates that Loxwood Moore has contingency plans in place to ensure the continuous delivery of excellent customer service in these uncertain times. Employee health and wellbeing is of the upmost importance and we have put stringent actions in place to ensure that our people are looked after. Our customers will therefore see no change in our ability to deliver outstanding service as we have the technology and systems in place to work remotely. We are following government guidelines and avoiding all unnecessary travel and restricting face to face meetings and event attendance. We will of course keep clients and candidates regularly updated should any further changes be implemented.

Neil Webber

Managing Partner

Neil Webber (Managing Partner) is a founding director of Loxwood Moore and is a highly motivated recruitment professional with a wealth of experience in the built environment, natural environment and services sectors. Throughout his career Neil has maintained a hands on approach and a ‘can do’ attitude with respect to delivering for clients. He has held a number of main board appointments with high profile recruitment businesses since 1994 and, while majoring on leadership appointments, Neil has directed outsourced contracts (RPO), high volume contract recruitment, international campaign management and key account management. He studied civil engineering in the early 1990’s and understands the issues our clients face when recruiting. He possesses a vast network in our specialist sectors and has a passion for connecting people.

Ashley Moore

Partner

Ashley Moore (Partner) is one of the founders of Loxwood Moore. Following a career in the airlines and insurance sectors, Ashley worked for the UK’s largest independent recruitment business. She is a natural relationship builder with a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm. Ashley prides herself on delivering expectations every time of asking and is a passionate promoter of emerging talent. In addition to delivering mandates with the team, Ashley directs our operational procedures which includes bidding, communications, compliance and process management.

Hamish Guest

Partner

Hamish Guest (Partner) has over 18 years’ experience working in executive search for a mix of boutique and global tier 1 consultancies. He has have been effective over this time in engaging with board, executive and director level candidates, from early market mapping stages through to successful placement. He possess significant knowledge and experience of successful delivery in a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus in industrial markets and engineering. Hamish has worked on a number of large infrastructure programs globally across transport (rail/airports/highways/ports), defence, nuclear and energy recruiting functional heads and leadership teams.

Paul Dredge

Associate Consultant

Paul Dredge (Associate Consultant) has over 20 years’ recruitment experience holding management and leadership roles within large and small businesses, supporting clients both domestically and globally. He is an expert in the industrial sectors with a high percentage of his work being with oil and gas market. He has also worked, since the late 1990’s in the rail and utilities space, and more latterly financial services. Paul brings in depth knowledge of recruitment best practice across a broad spectrum of the profession including executive search, interim hires and international campaign management. Paul is recognised for his enthusiastic and engaging approach which is underpinned by values of respect, integrity and quality.

Terry Povall

Non-Executive Director

Terry Povall (Non-Executive Director) is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience in both UK and international markets. In the early part of his career he worked for leading contractors and engineering consultants before joining EC Harris in 1989 where he became a Senior Partner heading up the infrastructure sectors. He has operated at a senior level and global lead position within the 28,000 strong design and consultancy firm Arcadis following the merger with EC Harris in 2011. The breadth and variety of the clients that he has worked with, and the relationships he has developed, gives Terry a unique insight into best practices in infrastructure delivery and commercial models.

Monique Choudhuri

Monique Choudhuri (Associate, Career Path Training and Consultancy) Monique Choudhuri (Chart MCIPD, MITOL, MLPI, Dip.Group Fac) is a highly creative and engaging executive coach and learning & development consultant, specialising in the provision of strategy, leadership, management, presentation, and recruitment skills and advice. Her coaching, training and consultancy has been developed over 27 years, and delivers lasting and measurable effects. It has the dual benefit of providing impactful personal development and helping to achieve business and financial targets. Her executive coaching approach with leaders and managers is based upon a deep and long held interest in human behaviour and its interaction with competence, success and fulfilling potential. She is a licensed psychometric practitioner of Emotional Intelligence EQi, Extended Disc, Insights, SDI and NLP for Business, as well as being an accredited coach.

Doug Gillespie

Advisor & Associate Partner

Doug Gillespie (Advisor & Associate Partner) is a highly experienced and professional senior executive within the development, construction & infrastructure sectors. Doug has a demonstrable track record of success, as evidenced throughout his career, where he has directed a variety of businesses and complex major programmes. Working for the likes of Mace and Serco, Doug has been accountable for the following : Programme Darwin (Jaguar Land Rover), the Athletes Village for London 2012, the operating of Docklands Light Rail, a multi £bn buildings programme for the Qatari government, and a major track renewals programme for Network Rail. Doug supports the delivery of Loxwood Moore with his insight into clients needs and requirements.

Rebecca Bainton

Assoc CIPD

Rebecca (Assoc CIPD) has over 12 years’ recruitment experience and is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has experience working for both in-house HR functions and recruitment consultancies. Her talent attraction experience covers a range of disciplines including, Rail, Engineering, Telecommunications, Legal, Finance, Corporate Security, Strategy and HR. In addition to recruitment her skills include on-boarding, training and development, employee engagement and staff retention.
